Honored in this special 1997 tribute, Muddy Waters was the King of the Blues: the man who took the deep blues of the Mississippi Delta to the city of Chicago, and pumped it up with an electric combo that created a blue print for the rock-and-roll band. With Bo Diddley, Buddy Guy, Bob Dylan, Keith Richards, Gregg Allman, Peter Wolf, Robert Jr. Lockwood, Nick Gravenites, John Hiatt, Koko Taylor, and many others.
